Центр поддержки гражданских инициатив (CISC), Организация в Специальном Консультативным статусом при Экономическом и Социальном Совете — ЭКОСОС с апреля 2016 года.
ЦПГИ имеет пять региональных отделений
в Республике Каракалпакстан, Андижанской, Ферганской, Хорезмской, Джизакской и Ташкентской областях и городе Ташкенте.

является экспертом Комитета по негосударственным некоммерческим организациям и другим институтам гражданского общества при Законодательной палате Олий Мажлиса (Парламент) Республики Узбекистан
является членом Центрально-Азиатской Совещательной группы организаций гражданского общества при ООН-Женщины Центральной Азии
является членом Консультативного Совета по развитию гражданского общества при Президенте Республики Узбекистан с мая 2018 года
С 2005 г. ЦПГИ является членом Национальной Ассоциации негосударственных некоммерческих организаций Республики.
Основная деятельность ЦПГИ
Организация и проведение тренингов, семинаров, «круглых столов», консультаций по приоритетам организации, подготовка национальных экспертов по внедрению, отчетности и мониторингу КЛДЖ, подготовка национальных экспертов по гендерным вопросам, гендерный анализ действующее законодательство Республики Узбекистан
Подготовка и публикация статистических гендерно-дезагрегированных коллекций «Женщины и мужчины Узбекистана», который был опубликован в 2005, 2007, 2010,2012 годах;
В сотрудничестве с национальными и международными партнерами в 2005 году подготовлена и опубликована гендерная экспертиза действующего законодательства: Гендерная экспертиза Трудового и Семейного кодексов Республики Узбекистан, оказание бесплатных услуг бизнес-консультанта
Участие с 2009 по 2014 год в трех проектах, финансируемых Европейским союзом, Комиссией, в рамках программы TACIC / IBPP, содействие в повышение потенциала НПО по предоставлению высококачественных профессиональных услуг юридической и психологической помощи, и услуги бизнес -консультанта и расширение экономических прав и возможностей уязвимых групп женщин
Участие в реализации странового программного плана действий на 2010-2018 годы для сотрудничества между Правительством Республики Узбекистан и ЮНФПА, Фондом Организации Объединенных Наций в области народонаселения, программой ФДООН в Узбекистане
Подготовка «предложений по разработке и внедрению временных специальных мер (ВСМ) в Узбекистане», реализация статьи 4 CEDAW в национальное законодательство Узбекистана при поддержке многостранового отделения «Женщины ООН» в Центральной Азии (Казахстан) и совместно с национальными и международными партнерами, 2014-2016 годы
Участие в международных, региональных и глобальных совещаниях по содействию гендерному равенству во всех сферах общественной и политической жизни (участие в региональных и глобальных совещаниях, посвященных Пекину + 5, +10, +20, Комиссии ООН по положению женщин, 2013 г., 2017, 2018, Департамент социального и экономического развития ООН, 2017, 2018).
Civic Initiatives Support Center (CISC) is a non-profit organization (an NGO), registered in the form of public association on August 25, 2004 in the Ministry of Justice, certificate of registration number № 589. State re-registration in the Ministry of Justice, in accordance with established procedure, the organization was held on December 30, 2014, the re-registration certificate number is 589 № P.
CISC has five CISC’s regional offices: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Andijan, Ferghana, Tashkent regions and Tashkent city.
Since 2005, the CISC is a member of the National Association of non-state non-profit organizations of the Republic.

Ms. Kabulova N. Dilovar — Director CISC, and expert of the Committee on Non-Governmental Non-Profit Organizations and Other Civil Society Institutions under the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis (Parliament) of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the Central Asian Consultative Group of Civil Society Organizations of UN Women in Central Asia, Member of the Interdepartmental working group on the state of respect for human rights and freedoms by law enforcement and other state bodies under the Minister of Justice Republic of Uzbekistan, Member of the Advisory Council for the development of civil society under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan since May 2018.
The main activity of CISC:
- Organizing and conducting trainings, seminars, “round tables”, consultations on the priorities of the organization, the preparation of national experts on the implementation, reporting and monitoring of the CEDAW, the preparation of national experts on gender issues, gender analysis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- The preparation and publication of statistical gender-disaggregated collections of «Women and Men of Uzbekistan» which was published in 2005, 2007, 2010 years;
- In collaboration with national and international partners, gender expertise of the current legislation, is now prepared and published Gender expertise of the Labor and Family Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Participation from 2009 to 2014 in three projects, funded by the European Union, the Commission, in the framework of TACIC / IBPP program, capacity building NGO republic in the provision of high-quality professional services to legal and psychological assistance to vulnerable groups of women and economic empowerment;
- Participation in the implementation of the Country Programmed Action Plan to 2010 — 2018 years for the cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, UNDEF program in Uzbekistan;
- Preparing the «Proposals for the development and implementation of temporary special measures (SCM) in Uzbekistan», the implementation of Article 4 of CEDAW into national legislation of Uzbekistan with the support of a multi-country office of «UN Women» in Central Asia (Kazakhstan) and in conjunction with national and international partners, 2014- 2016;
- Participation in international, regional and global meetings to promote gender equality in all spheres of public and political life (participation in regional and global meetings dedicated to Beijing + 5, +10, +20, UN Commission on the Status of Women, 2013, 2017, 2018, UN Department of Social and Economic Development, 2017, 2018).
A library with literature on the following subjects was collected: human rights, women’s rights, MDGs/SDGs, gender, gender mainstreaming, gender budgeting, women peace and security, psychology, conflict resolution, tolerance, reproductive health, HIV / AIDS, NGO activities and legislation, materials on national legislation and international human rights instruments and other.
Modules of trainings of international and national legislation on women’s rights, prevention of trafficking in human beings and work with victims of trafficking, support for victims of domestic violence, prevention of domestic violence, organization of hotlines with free legal and psychological assistance, reproductive health and reproductive rights of the population, gender sensitivity of the society, on the formation of equal partner relations in the family, on the implementation of reporting and monitoring of CEDAW.
